Electrical Engineer
Location: San Jose, Ca
Responsibilities:

• Design and programming control systems.
• Develop and maintain accurate and current documentation of engineering assignments.
• Take Ownership of developing electrical control schematics in accordance to system requirements.
• Planning and coordination of project tasks with respect required deliverables.
• Demonstrate ability for timely completion of engineering projects and assignments.
• Will also perform various engineering activities; prepare estimates, drawings, calculations and BOM's.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and function well as a member of a team.
• Supervise two to three junior engineers or technicians.

Education:

• BS or MS degree in Engineering.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years in Electrical & Mechatronics - designing and developing electronic/electro-mechanical systems and components
• 1 to 2 years supervisor experience.
• System integration : Integrating various control systems.
• Knowledge and implementation of TCP/IP, Modbus, DeviceNet, RS232/422/485.
• Electrical Panel design.
• Experience with Sensors and encoders, motors, actuators.
• Experience generating Electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Simple pneumatics control systems.
• PLC Programming.
• Experience with any structural programming language with respect to control system applications (familiar and can read programs C, C++, C#, Visual Basic).
• Strong problem solving skills and creativity.
• Troubleshoot major electrical/automation problems utilizing vendors, consultants and contractors as required.
• Maintain appropriate software and electrical equipment documentation.
• Ability to document and communicate details effectively.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA79.
• Requires knowledge of electrical power components.
• Experience with motor, motor starters.
• 6 axis and SCARA robots and end-effector applications.


Added Plus:

• Project management experience
• Allen Bradley PLC Controligix, RS 5000, RS 500, Siemens S7.
• Wonderware, PanelView or other Industrial GUI development.

Software Engineer
Location: San Jose, Ca
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop/modify control software systems for semiconductor processing equipment; design, analyze & realtime microcomputer-based control subsystems by using C++.

Requirements for Position:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in EE, CS or related. One year experience required. [Up]

 

Mechanical Designer
Location: San Jose, Ca
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of complex technical design tasks using Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment.
• Utilizes expansive knowledge and abilities to work on assignments that are non-routine in nature and where no established procedures may exist.
• Maintains technical coordination with engineer and design staff members.
• Tasks may be difficult requiring the use of initiative and judgment.
• May provide work leadership and training to lower level designers.


Requirement for Position:

• 2 years technical training or equivalent
• 3-5 years related experience
• Mechanical equipment design experience preferred
• Three Dimensional Parametric CAD Software exp. Required
• Solid Works software exp. desired
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Semiconductor industry, electronic equipment and controls experience desired.

Mechanical Engineer II
Location: San Jose, Ca
Responsibilities:

• Work directly with electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to develop and/or modify electromechanical and fluid systems for semiconductor processing equipment.
• Design and detail assemblies, mechanisms, fluid systems, structures, and packaging; design metal and plastic parts.
• Under moderate supervision, perform product development activities, including interpretation and implementation of internal and external customer specifications.
• Provide existing product line support in design activities and/or modification of hardware in production.
• Create detailed drawings, and other manufacturing documentation as required
• Create specifications and documentation to support subsystem designs per corporate and customer requirements.
• Assist with detailing other engineers' designs
• Research components for new and existing development.
• With guidance, conduct engineering studies.
• Perform basic engineering analysis
• Hands-on assembly and testing required during prototyping and start-up. Troubleshooting responsibilities on new and existing products.
• Assignments are moderately complex and require use of initiative and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years experience required
• Mechanical equipment design experience preferred
• Some mechanisms, fluid components, and sheet metal design experience required.
• Basic electronic component knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills required
• Three Dimensional Parametric CAD Software Experience is desired
• Some Project Management Experience desired
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Semiconductor industry, electronic equipment and controls experience desired

Mechanical Engineer III
Location: San Jose, Ca
Responsibilities:

• Work directly with electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to develop and/or modify electromechanical and fluid systems for semiconductor processing equipment.
• Design machine layout; develop mechanisms, fluid systems, structures, and packaging; design metal and plastic parts.
• Under limited supervision, perform product development activities, including interpretation and implementation of internal and external customer specifications.
• Provide existing product line support in design activities and/or modification of hardware in production.
• Create detailed drawings, and other manufacturing documentation as required.
• Create specifications and documentation to support systems designs per corporate and customer re quirements.
• Direct the detailing of rough designs.
• Research technologies for new and existing development.
• Develop and conduct engineering studies.
• Perform complex engineering analysis
• Some hands-on assembly and testing required during prototyping and start-up. Some troubleshooting responsibilities on new and existing products.
• Assignments are complex and require use of initiative and strong, sound judgment.
• Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years, or Masters degree and 3+ years experience required .
• Mechanical equipment design experience required .
• Extensive mechanisms, fluid components, and sheet metal design experience required. .
• Basic electronic component knowledge required .
• Good communication skills required .
• Three Dimensional Parametric CAD Software Experience required .
• Some Project Management Experience required .
• Microsoft Office proficiency required .
• Semiconductor industry, electronic equipment and controls experience desired .
