SemiNet receives design win from major US fab to provide all new E-VAC Air handler systems.

SemiNet Automation, leader in tool and fab automation, today announced that they have been awarded a design win from a major US fab to provide them with a complete new line of their E-VAC air handler systems designed to provide precision temperature and humidity controlled environments. The E-VAC is one product in a line of many environmental control solutions that Seminet provides. The customer is expected to replace all existing units currently installed with the new Seminet E-VAC systems. Customer is expected to take delivery in the third quarter of 2004.
