SemiNet received multiple unit follow on order from a major US fab for their DriTite nitrogen controlled chambers.
SemiNet Automation, leader in tool and fab automation, today announced that they have received follow on orders for their nitrogen controlled chambers. “The customer’s response to the unit’s performance has been more than we ever expected and are pleased to receive follow on order. Customer is expected to take delivery of units in third quarter of 2004.
