SemiNet receives design win from major US fab for E-beam enclosure and support equipment.

SemiNet Automation, leader in tool and fab automation, today announced that they have signed an agreement with a major US fab to supply them with an E-beam enclosure system as well as all surrounding support equipment. The E-beam enclosure is designed to provide precision temperature, humidity and EMI control within the tool. “We couldn’t be more pleased to have been chosen for this design win as it proves that Seminet is at the forefront of environmental control applications, said Ron Sumner, VP of Business development at Seminet Automation. “We prove to ourselves with every design win that we are being chosen based on our experience and the strength of our technology as well as the customer support that we provide, he adds.” Delivery of the system is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2004.
