Seminet Automation introduces a revolutionary design in Automated Material Handling Solutions, with the Infinity SACS™ (Semi Automated Carousel Stocker). The Infinity-AVCS provides a cost effective scalable storage solutions capable of storing multiple pod types within the same stocker. The unique design of the Infinity-SACS provides the following:

Features
High Density Storage:
With a small foot print the Infinity-AVCS height is scalable to up to 5m proving a cost per storage density better then any stocker in the market today.
Multi Access Points:
Multi access points allow the pod within the stocker to be accessed from the front or back. With the SACS scalable height products can be accessed from different floors within the FAB.
Scalable Storage Shelves:
The Infinity-SACS storage shelves allow the stocker to store multiple pod types within the same stocker. The SACS shelve features precision machined nests to secure the pod in place during the stocker operation.
Ultra Clean Environment:
The Infinity-AVCS can be integrated with ISO Class 3 or better Fan Filter Units capable of providing an ultra clean environment within the stocker. Temperature/humidity control as well as N2 purging options is available.
Serviceability:
The Infinity-SACS drive system is services outside the storage do never have to enter the Stocker for servicing.
Stocker Management System:
The Infinity-SACS Stocker Management System is a powerful software package capable of controlling and monitoring you inventory through a single user interface. P ick-to-light solutions are available to increase throughput and ensure pick accuracy.
